PLAN OF ARRANGEMENT

among

YAMANA GOLD INC. ("Yamana")

and

PAN AMERICAN SILVER CORP. ("Pan American")

and

AGNICO EAGLE MINES LIMITED ("Agnico")

DELISTING AND CANCELLATION OF TRADING IN YAMANA SHARES

Further to the announcement by Yamana on 24 March 2023 regarding with the halt of trading in Yamana Depositary Interests on the main market of the London Stock Exchange effect from close of trading on 24 March 2023, in connection with the pending completion of the plan of arrangement transaction between Yamana, Pan American and Agnico (the "Arrangement"), Yamana announces that, following an application by Yamana, the Financial Conduct Authority has cancelled the listing of Yamana Shares on the standard listing segment of the Official List and the London Stock Exchange has cancelled the trading of Yamana Shares on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities, in each case with effect from 8:00 a.m. (London time) on 3 April 2023.

Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the management information circular dated 20 December 2022, and published in Canada on 28 December 2022 in connection with the Arrangement.
