The Company received notice today that Emma Johnstone (wife of Mark Johnstone, Group Chief Executive) purchased 81 shares on 13 November 2018 at 238.80p per share. The purchase was made in accordance with instructions under a Dividend Reinvestment Plan mandate in relation to the beneficial interests in shares which Emma Johnstone holds in a nominee account managed by Hargreaves Lansdown.

Following this transaction Mark Johnstone's total beneficial holding including those of his connected persons is 226,575 shares.
