EBT Share Purchase

The Company was notified on 9 October 2023 by the Trustees of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"), that the EBT had purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 pence each in the Company on 6 October 2023 at a price of GBP2.00 per share.

The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries.

Following this transaction, a total of 1,104,638 shares representing 0.38 per cent of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
