Result of Open Offer

BrandShield Systems (AIM: BRSD), a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions for brand oriented digital risk protection, announces that further to the announcement of 20 September 2023, 914,018 Open Offer Shares were validly applied for from Qualifying Shareholders, which at the Issue Price of 5.68 pence per share amounts to GBP51,916.22, by the closing time for applications.

The allotment and issue of the 914,018 Open Offer Shares (and Open Offer Warrants on a 1:1 basis) is subject to all the Resolutions to be held at the General Meeting scheduled for 13 October 2023 being passed by Shareholders, and Admission.

Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular issued on 20 September 2023.
