CADCENTRE GROUP PLC ("Cadcentre" or "the Company")

Applications have been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London
Stock Exchange for admission to i) the Official List and ii) trading on the
London Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities for the block listing of
500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company to be issued pursuant to
the exercise of options. When the options have been exercised, the shares will
rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

All the above shares are to be issued to satisfy share options exercised under
the Cadcentre Group plc Staff Share Option Schemes dated 27 November 1996.
