    In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that, upon the admission to trading on AIM on 6th
June 2008 of the 17,390,543 common shares in Caspian issued in the recent Rights Offering, its total issued share capital with voting rights
will be 121,733,806 common shares of nil par value. 

    The Company holds no common shares in Treasury.

    The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required
to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
