                Announces Appointment of New Company Secretary

Celsis International plc is today pleased to announce that the Finance
Director, Mr Christian Madrolle, will also act as Company Secretary following
the resignation of Mrs Julia Williams.

contribution to Celsis, as Company Secretary, and wish her the best for the
future.
