Celsis International plc (the "Company") announces that on 18 January 2007,
7,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence held as Treasury Shares were sold at a price of
220 pence per share.

Following the sale, the Company has 386,500 Treasury Shares.  Excluding Treasury
Shares, the Company has 22,483,044 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in issue.
