Directors Shareholdings

Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited (AIM / ASX: CFU) announces that certain directors of the Company have subscribed for additional ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") as part of the recently completed Rights Issue and Offer. The Shares were subscribed for at a price of seven pence (or 10.8 Australian cents) per Share.
