                Cancellation of admission to trading on the ESM 
 
Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc (AIM: CGNR, ESM: CGNR.I), the gold 
exploration and development company focused on Ireland and Finland, announces 
that it is to cancel the admission of its ordinary shares to trading on the ESM 
on 6 November 2017. 
 
The Company's ordinary shares will continue to be admitted to trading on AIM. 
 
The Company has consulted with the Irish Stock Exchange and, as the ordinary 
shares will remain admitted to trading on AIM, shareholder approval for the 
cancellation is not required.
