Dividend declaration

The Board has declared an interim dividend of USD0.0300 per USD Share and EUR 0.0220 per EUR Share in respect of the period from 1 July 2011 to 30 September 2011 (2Q11: USD0.0280 and EUR0.021141). This dividend is payable on 31 October 2011 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 28 October 2011. The Board is not recommending payment of a dividend in respect of the U.S. Dollar C Shares.
