CarbonDesk announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

The Company also confirms that the General Meeting of the Company convened today for the purpose of considering, in accordance with section 656 of the Companies Act 2006, whether any, and if so what, steps should be taken to deal with the situation that the net assets of the Company are less than half of its called-up share capital, has been duly held.

The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for the announcement.
