                   Trading update and suspension of trading 
 
Cobra announces, that one of the Company's banks has requested full repayment 
of an outstanding loan which amounts to approximately EUR1,020,900, including 
accrued interest. The Company has commenced discussions in respect of this loan 
facility but is not currently able to repay the amount due. 
 
Accordingly, the Directors have requested the immediate suspension of trading 
in its shares on AIM whilst they continue discussions with the Company's banks.
