from the Royal Bank of Canada Trust Company (Jersey) Limited as trustee of The 
Chapelthorpe plc 1996 Employee Benefit Trust, that awards vested in certain 
Directors of the Company for nil consideration under, and in accordance with the 
rules of, The Chapelthorpe plc Invested Bonus Share Plan 1997.
