On 5 November 2004, the Company was informed of the following changes to its
shareholders.

With effect from 1 November 2004, City Equities Limited no longer has a
notifiable interest in the Company.

Close Investment Limited now has a beneficial interest in 6,321,429 ordinary
shares, representing 9.17% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Mellon Nominees Limited has a beneficial interest in 7,142,857 ordinary shares,
representing 10.36% of the issued share capital of the Company.
