The Company received notification on 12 September 2007 from FBI Media Limited
that it no longer had a notifiable interest in 18,450,000 ordinary shares of 1
pence each in Chariot.



On the same day Chariot received notification from FBI Media Investments Limited
that it had a notifiable interest in 20,750,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each
in Chariot, representing 29.24% of the Company.
