CT Automotive, a leading designer, developer and supplier of interior components to the global automotive industry, announces that Nick Timberlake, Non-Executive Director, has purchased 60,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 67.7 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the transaction, Nick Timberlake is now interested in 80,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.11 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
