Director/PDMR Shareholding
Digital Marketing Group plc (AIM: DIGI), the AIM-listed digital direct marketing
specialist, has been notified that Keith Sadler, newly appointed Group Finance
Director, yesterday bought 150,000 ordinary shares at a price of 38.2 pence.
Following this transaction Mr Sadler holds 150,000 ordinary shares representing
0.22% of the Company's current issued share capital.
