   Appointment of Chairman 
 
   Further to the announcement on 18 May 2015 the Company is pleased to 
announce that it has appointed Keith Bogg as Chairman with effect from 1 
July 2015.  Alison Reed, who has been acting as Chairman on an interim 
basis since 18 May 2015 will resume her role as Senior Independent 
Director on the same date. 
 
   Keith is currently Group Head, Strategic Program Delivery for Catlin 
Holdings Limited.  His previous positions include Program Director for 
Gartner Europe Limited, UK Retail Board Director and Divisional Director, 
Information Technology & Logistics for Marks and Spencer plc and senior 
operational, commercial and technical executive roles for both BBC 
Technology Limited and ICL. 
 
   Alison Reed, Interim Chairman, commented:

leader, whose commercial and technical skills and experience will be 
beneficial to DRS.  We look forward to welcoming him to the Board and
