The board announces that it has, today, applied to AIM for the admission to
trading of 155,400 Ordinary Shares of 1p. These shares are in connection with
an exercise of options by an employee under the Company's Enterprise Management
Scheme on 19 June 2006.

The shares are expected to trade on Thursday 28 December 2006.
