                                 Board Changes



At the Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today and following
announcements made earlier today and on 24th April, 2002, the resolutions
relating to the resignation of Desmond Bloom and Baron Bloom were withdrawn. The
resolutions relating to the appointment of Andrew Perloff and Peter Rowson were
duly passed.

Peter Rowson and Andrew Perloff were both directors of Snowbrow (London) Limited
which went into a creditors' voluntary liquidation in 1980 with an estimated
deficiency of £200,000.

Andrew Perloff was a director of the following companies which were part of a
group of property companies which failed after the property slump in the
mid-seventies and went into creditors' voluntary liquidation in 1982, with
estimated deficiencies as follows:
