                    Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting


First Artist Corporation plc (AIM: FAN) has today mailed to shareholders notice
of an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company to be held at 11 am
on 30 August 2007 at First Artist House, 87 Wembley Hill Road, Wembley,
Middlesex HA9 8BU.


The meeting has been convened in order to approve the special resolutions of
which shareholders voted in favour at the EGM held on 22 December 2006. The
Company has since been advised that these special resolutions may be invalid for
technical reasons and therefore further approval is now sought. Shareholders are
also being asked to ratify all actions taken by the Company and its Directors in
reliance on the resolutions. An amendment to the Articles of Association
concerning notice of general meetings is also proposed.
