                                Issue of Equity

First Artist Corporation plc (the "Company"), the integrated marketing, sport
and entertainment management group, announces that an exercise of options has
been approved in accordance with the rules of the Company's Employee Share
Option Scheme and that 2,500 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the capital of the
Company have been allotted at an exercise price of 30 pence per share.

Following the allotment of the above shares, the Company now has 13,111,336
ordinary shares of 2.5p each in issue.

Application has today been made for the Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM,
and dealings are expected to commence on 30th August 2007.
