                           Director/PDMR Shareholding

First Artist Corporation plc (AIM: FAN) (the 'Company'), the media, events and
entertainment management group, announces that Richard Hughes, the Group
Managing Director, has notified the Company that he has today acquired an
interest in 19,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the capital of the Company at
a price of 103 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Hughes now holds 155,799 shares, representing
1.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
