First Artist has been informed that Jon Smith, managing director of First
Artist, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") in
the Company yesterday at a price of 11p per share. Accordingly, Jon Smith now
holds 11,242,200 Ordinary Shares, representing 20.86 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company.
