First Artist Corporation plc (AIM: FAN) (the 'Company'), announced on 21 May 
2010 (RNS Number : 3750M) that Julianne Coutts had sold 5,000 ordinary shares of 
2.5p each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') at a price of 12.5 pence per 
share on 20 May 2010. 
 
Immediately after selling the Shares, the Board realised, in oversight, that 
such sale had not been conducted in accordance with the Company's share dealing 
code. Ms Coutts therefore immediately sought to unwind the disposal of the 
Shares. The trade has been cancelled. 
 
Following these transactions, Ms Coutts' aggregate beneficial interest in the 
share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 251,600 Shares, representing 
approximately 0.84 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
