                            Resignation of Director

First Artist announces today that Jonathan Lees is to step down as Finance
Director and will be leaving the board of First Artist with effect from 1 April
2004. The board of First Artist would like to thank Jonathan for his invaluable
service to First Artist.

First Artist is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Michael Hughes
FCMA (40) to succeed Jonathan on the Board as Finance Director on 1 April 2004.

Richard is a director of Moby RH Limited and has been a director of Brands
Racing Limited, Bestridge Limited, Summerfield Wilmot Keene & Partners Limited,
Soler Communications Limited, Charles Walls Limited, Lloyd Clark Rowe Limited
and Osprey Communications Plc.
