                             Director's Shareholding

First Artist has been informed that, Phil Smith, director of First Artist,
purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the
Company yesterday at a price of 4.125p per share. Accordingly, Phil Smith now
holds 7,638,402 Ordinary Shares, representing 15.94 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company.
