Appointment of Administrator

Notice of Intention to Appoint Administrator

The Board announces that it has appointed Craig J. Povey and Kevin A. Murphy of Chantrey Vellacott DFK as administrators of the Company with immediate effect.

The Board also announces that it has today filed a notice of intention to appoint Craig J. Povey and Kevin A. Murphy of Chantrey Vellacott DFK as administrators of Croco Worldwide Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

The suspension to trading in the Company's shares, as announced on 22 March 2013, remains effective.
