Hasgrove plc (AIM: HGV or 'the Company'), the digital and communication services group, has today uploaded its Annual Report and Accounts (which are compliant with AIM Rule 19) onto its web-site (at www.hasgrove.com) in accordance with AIM Rule 26. Copies of the Accounts will be delivered to shareholders of the Company by 31 May 2012.
