Hasgrove announces that on 14 May 2012, it purchased 125,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares") for cancellation at 30p per Share.

The number of Shares purchased represented 0.5179% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchase.

Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company will have 24,010,604 ordinary shares in issue
