Hasgrove announces that on 25 May 2012, it purchased 80,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares") for cancellation at 32p per Share.

The number of Shares purchased represented 0.3332% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchase.

Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company will have 23,930,604 ordinary shares in issue
