Hasgrove announces that on 20(th) September 2012, it purchased 41,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares") for cancellation at 37.5p per Share.

The number of Shares purchased represented 0.17% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchase.

Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company will have 23,515,372 ordinary shares in issue.
