    Infinity Bio-Energy REMOVED ITS files with CVM for BDR offering and BOVESPA listing


    Infinity Bio-Energy Ltd. (AIM: IBI.L) announced today that, due to financial market conditions, it has removed the application made on
June 06, 2008 with the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM) to register the Company as a foreign issuer in Brazil and to issue Brazilian
Depositary Receipts ("BDRs") in a public offering in Brazil and with international placement efforts.
    The Company is already exploring other alternatives to increase the trading liquidity of its securities.
