ID Data Group Plc (AIM:IDD), the smart card solutions and outsourcing business,
was notified, yesterday, that on 19 December 2007, RAB Capital plc agreed to
transfer 195,875,000 ordinary shares in the capital of ID Data to Rahn & Bodmer
Banquiers GmbH at a price per share of 1.1 pence.
