Re: First Investment

Further to the Company's unaudited interim results for the period ending 31 July
2005, the Board is pleased to announce that the Company has today made its first
investment, under which it has agreed to provide up to #300,000 to The Heights
Recording Limited, in relation to a new band known as "The Heights". Details of
this investment, which has been made alongside Animal Noise Limited, a recording
business which is owned by MAMA Group Plc, will be set out in the Company's
forthcoming annual report and accounts.
