Completion of EBT Share
Purchase Programme
Further to the EBT Share Purchase
announcement released earlier today, the Company has been notified
by APEX Financial Services (Trust Company) Limited, the trustee of
the IG Design Group Plc Employee Benefit Trust, that it has now
completed the share purchase programme as set out in the
announcement on 13 December 2023.
A total of 3,027,576
Ordinary Shares are held by the EBT, representing approximately
3.08 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
