Appointment of new Auditors

The Board of Inland ZDP PLC ("the Company"), is pleased to announce, the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as its new auditors with immediate effect, for the Company's financial year ending 30 September 2022, following the completion of a formal tender process.

BDO LLP have resigned as the Company's auditors and have confirmed that there are no circumstances in connection with their resignation which need to be brought to the attention of the Company's shareholders or creditors.
