Placing timetable

DCG IRIS Limited (the "Company") today announces that the current placing will close at 5.00 p.m. on 21 October 2013, with Admission expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 25 October 2013. These dates replace the dates set out in the circular to Shareholders dated 9 August 2013.

Terms used and not defined in this announcement have the meanings given in the prospectus published by the Company on 12 November 2012.
