  Richard James appointed as an Executive Director and
            Company Secretary of InTechnology
                            
The Board of InTechnology is delighted to announce the
appointment of Richard Mark James, 40, the former
Managing Director of Planetfootball.com Limited, as an
Executive Director and Company Secretary to InTechnology
with immediate effect.

Richard's appointment brings considerable experience and
commercial judgement to InTechnology and is in line with
the strategy of strengthening the board. Richard's
responsibilities will also include the development of
joint ventures and potential acquisitions.

Having qualified with Allen & Overy in 1986, Richard
James spent over 5 years practising law.  He became a
partner of Pinsent Curtis in 1991, before moving to
Hammond Suddards as a partner in 1996.  As a corporate
finance specialist, Richard advised Peter Wilkinson on
the sale of Planet Online to Energis in 1998 and upon the
subsequent purchase of Planetfootball.com by Sports
Internet Group plc.

Thereafter Richard advised Sports Internet Group plc
until October 1999, when he was appointed as Managing
Director to Planetfootball.com and Company Secretary of
Sports Internet Group plc. Richard was also a non-
executive director of Opta Index Limited from November
1999 until July 2000.
