Intechnology plc announces that 110,942 Ordinary Shares of 1p each have been
issued and allotted following an exercise of employee options.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary
Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue, to be
admitted to AIM.

Following admission the capital of the Company will consist of 141,996,343
ordinary shares with voting rights.
