The Company announces that, on 9 April 2009, it repurchased 341,000 Global 
Equity shares of 1p each at 78.13p per share, to be held as Treasury shares. 
 
The total number of Global Equity Shares held in Treasury following this 
repurchase is 2,619,714. 
 
The total number of Global Equity Shares of 1p each remaining in issue 
(excluding 2,169,714 Global Equity Shares of 1p each held in Treasury) is 
34,470,775. 
 
Hedge Fund Shares 
 
The Company announces that, on 9 April 2009, it repurchased 22,000 Hedge Fund 
shares of 1p each at 92.37p per share, to be held as Treasury shares. 
 
The total number of Hedge Fund Shares held in Treasury following this 
repurchase is 1,355,000. 
 
The total number of Hedge Fund Shares of 1p each remaining in issue (excluding 
1,355,000 Hedge Fund Shares of 1p each held in Treasury) is 18,777,708. 
 
Managed Liquidity Shares 
 
The Company announces that, on 9 April 2009, it repurchased 1,099,000 Managed 
Liquidity Shares of 1p each at 96.9p per share for cancellation. A further 
331,707 Managed Liquidity shares of 1p each previously held in Treasury were 
cancelled. 
 
The total number of Managed Liquidity Shares held in Treasury following this 
repurchase and cancellation is 969,440. 
 
The total number of Managed Liquidity Shares of 1p each remaining in issue 
(excluding 969,440 Managed Liquidity Shares of 1p each held in Treasury) is 
19,388,802.
