Just Eat (LSE: JE), a leading global marketplace for online food delivery, was yesterday notified that, on the same day, its Chief Financial Officer Paul Harrison, purchased 14,622 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 541.66 pence per Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Harrison has an interest in a total of 14,622 Shares, representing approximately 0.002% of the issued share capital of the Company.
