Notification of Major Interests in Shares

Jetion Solar (AIM:JHL), the manufacturer of high-performance solar cells and modules, announces that it received notification on 27 January 2011 that Jingang Dingsheng Investment Holding Limited acquired 1,000,000 shares on 24 January 2011 at 75p per share and 645,000 shares on 25 January 2011 at 75p per share and now holds a total of 8,416,666 shares in the Company, representing 11.17% of the issued share capital.
