Issue of shares 
 
 
 
 
Application has been made to the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM) 
and the JSE Limited ("JSE") for 300,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each to 
be issued at a price of GBP0.20 (ZAR2.55) per share and listed on the JSE and 
AIM on Monday, 9 November 2009. 
 
 
The new shares have been issued and allotted following the exercise of share 
options and in terms of the Company's authority to issue shares under the Kiwara 
Share Appreciation Scheme, obtained on 19 September 2008. The new shares will 
rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the 
Company. 
 
 
Following admission to trading of the above new shares, the total number of 
Kiwara ordinary shares in issue will be 198,851,210.
