Board Changes

Kingswood Holdings Limited (AIM: KWG), the international, fully integrated wealth and investment management group, announces the appointment of Duncan Gerard as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Duncan Gerard replaces Howard Garland, who steps down with immediate effect, as a nominated representative of HSQ Investment Limited, a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of funds managed by Pollen Street Capital, the independent alternative asset investment management company which has provided GBP77.4 million of funding to the Group through the issue of convertible preference shares.

Duncan Gerard is an Investment Director at Pollen Street Capital, where he focuses on investing in companies in the financial services sector. Previously Duncan spent seven years focused on financial services mergers and acquisitions. He started his career at EY, where he qualified as a Certified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.
