Exercise of options

The Company announces that on 10 April 2012, Nadia Millar, an executive director of the Company, exercised 20,000 share options over ordinary shares of GBP1 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of GBP1 per Ordinary Share. The options exercised were granted to her under the 2001 Executive Option Scheme.

Application will be made for 20,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings will commence in these Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m. on 16 April 2012. Following Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 2,464,751 Ordinary Shares (the "Enlarged Issued Share Capital").

Following this exercise of options, Nadia Millar has 50,000 options over Ordinary Shares remaining and her beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company has increased by 20,000 Ordinary Shares to 96,573 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.9 per cent. of the Enlarged Issued Share Capital of the Company.

Transfer of shares

The Company also announces that it received notification today, that on 10 April 2012, David Simson, finance director of the Company, transferred 7,000 Ordinary Shares to his wife, Shirley Simson, for nil consideration (the "Transfer").

Following the Transfer, David Simson's beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 144,078 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.8 per cent. of the Enlarged Issued Share Capital of the Company.
