Cancellation of trading on OTCQX and SETSQX

Latin Resources Limited ("Latin" or the "Company") would like to advise that in accordance with previously announced cost cutting measures it has cancelled its admission to the OTCQX platform of the U.S. OTC marketplace.

In addition the Company will also cease trading on the SETSQX platform of the London Stock Exchange on the 5 September 2013.

The cancellation of trading on OTCQX and SETSQX does not affect the listing of all of the Company's shares on the Australian Stock Exchange.
