The Board of Media Square announces today that it has appointed Tim Lindsay as 
Non Executive Director.  He will join the Board with immediate effect. 
 
Tim Lindsay has extensive experience in advertising and marketing. He was the 
President of TBWA UK and Ireland, the Chairman of Publicis UK, the President of 
Lowe Worldwide and Managing Director of Y&R London. 
 
Tim was educated at the Kingswood School Bath, Magdelene College Cambridge and 
Harvard Business School.

From 2007 to 2009 Tim Lindsay was President of TBWA where he was responsible for 
accounts including Nissan, Mars, Müller and Häagen-Dazs.  In 2004 to 2007 he was 
Chairman of Publicis UK where he looked after Asda, the Army, McVities and 
L'Oreal.  From 1993 to 2004 he held various positions at Lowe Worldwide and was 
responsible for Stella Artois, Heineken, Olympus, Diageo and Tesco.  From 1991 
to 1993 he was Managing Director of Young & Rubicam, responsible for Olympus, 
Fosters, Smirnoff, Walkers and Pirelli.  From 1982 to 1991, he worked at Bartle 
Bogle Hegarty, and was responsible for Levis.
