Half Year Trading Update - Notice of Results
Maxima Holdings plc ("Maxima" or "the Company"), the IT business
systems and managed services company, today announces a trading
update for the half year ended 30 November 2010 and its notice of
results.
Trading update
The Company made encouraging progress during the first half of
the year with strong double digit revenue growth in most of our
identified areas of focus and competence, including Microsoft
Applications, Citrix Virtualisation, Web Connectivity and
Infrastructure Management.
Maxima has leveraged its strength in Business Solutions and IT
Infrastructure Services to win multiple new orders , from both
existing and new customers, for the supply of the Maxima private
Cloud facilities driving demand for our new Cloud enablement
services.
As we focus our investment in services and products with better
growth prospects, these positive developments have been offset by
revenue declines in areas where we have chosen to scale back our
presence.
Overall, trading remains in line with current market
expectations for the financial year as a whole.
Notice of results
Maxima will announce its half yearly report for the six months
ended 30th November 2010 on 2nd February 2011. A further update on
current trading will be provided at that time.
